Communication skills at work and in life are the most important skills you can learn and develop. Learn how to speak up in meetings, get those conversations started and deal with those irritating interruptions; usually by men al. Learn how to communicate with men and with each other but most importantly with yourself!
Thank you to for your support it's been overwhelming. I'm not quite sure which is more nerve wrecking public speaking or waiting to hear someone's review on my first book. Thankfully it's been brilliant and I can't wait to interview people to build the foundations for the 2nd book. It seemed strange seeing the book in physical print, I felt quite awkward, sort of embarrassed, I felt even more vulnerable yet proud at the same time.
